Zumba is a Fun Exercise

I love doing Zumba it is my favorite exercise ever. I was looking for some new Zumba classes New York. I really liked my instructor, but she quit I looked online and found many classes that I could try out. I went to one and loved it. The music was loud, but not too loud. The instructor was amazing, so good at teaching and very energetic. She was also very patient when we did not get a step or two. Taking Zumba classes is great exercise and great fun, exercise that is fun is the best. I am so glad I found the class I did, the environment was so fun and energetic. I hope this instructor does not quit and continues to teach Zumba for a long time because I really like her and the whole class. Zumba is my favorite exercise and I hope to be able to do it for a very long time.

Our School Was the Best at Most Sports

I wish I was still at school sometimes. I loved playing sport and our school gym had some of the best Fitness Equipment on the market. I think that was one of the benefits of going to the school that I did and it definitely gave us an advantage over the other schools in the district. I cannot think of even one sport where our school wasnt at least district champions. From basketball, to football, hockey, baseball, netball and even soccer our school was simply the best. And this isn;t even considering the individual efforts that were part of our athletics team or other individual sports. It is very important to have a strict training regime and our coaches really knew what they were doing. We had good trainers in the gym as well and they were there to ensure we were getting maximum benefit of the gym equipment the school supplied us with.
